Our Naked “unoaked” Chardonnay offers fresh pure aromas of Chardonnay fruit characters with nuances of citrus and pear followed by natural juicy fruit flavors on the palate and a balanced clean finish.

Foods: A perfect pairing for succulent seafood dishes like lobster and grilled shrimp.

Perfumy aromas of citrus fruits, honey and ripe pears. Light-bodied with dry mouth feel compliments the luscious flavors of apricots, peaches and mango.

Foods: Pairs well with many foods, but specifically seafood, poultry and spicy dishes.

Our Pinot Noir has aromas of plump red cherries, bitter chocolate and spice that define this Pinot Noir. The palate is rich and oaky supported by blackberries and herb flavors layered over silky, integrated tannins.

Foods: The most versatile food wine. Pairs well with poultry, beef, fish, ham, lamb and pork. It plays well with creamy sauces.

Our Barbera displays cherry and dark chocolate notes on the nose and a lovely fruity and sweet oak finish on the palate.

Foods: Is excellent with beef, duck, goose and prosciutto or salami. It also compliments simple pasta dishes and pizza.

‘GSM’ a red blend made from Grenache, Syrah and Mourvèdre grapes. Rich and velvety with complex flavors of raspberry jam and spiced fruits.
